In strict adherence to the `Covid-19’ guidelines of the Govt. of Bangladesh and the Headquarters of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, the 169th Birthday of Holy Mother Sri Sri Sarada Devi has been celebrated at Ramakrishna Math, Dhaka, with due solemnity and spiritual fervor. The day began with Mangal Aratri at the early morning, which was followed by special Puja, Homa, Vedic chanting, devotional songs and offerings to the Holy Mother.
The second session of the program included the discussion meeting on `Sri Maa Sarada Devi and Householders’ life’. Revered Swami Purnatmanandaji Maharaj ,Adhyaksha and Secretary of the Centre, presided over the meeting. Among the invited guest speakers were Professor Dr. Dipika Rani Sarker, Department of Physics, Jagannath University, Dhaka; Ms. Selina Hossain, Writer and Bangabandhu Chair, Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre, Savar, Dhaka and Dr. Sanchita Guha, Associate Professor, Department of Sanskrit, University of Dhaka.
Total 1000 devotees took cooked prasad.
